he project consists of approximately 100,000 cubic meters (m³) of backfilling works using approved fill materials, carefully placed and compacted to achieve the required site grading and stability. In addition, the scope includes deep excavation up to 12 meters, executed with precision to ensure safety and structural integrity. Excavated material is either reused (if suitable) or carted away to approved disposal sites. All works are performed in accordance with engineering standards, including soil compaction testing, slope stability control, and environmental compliance to ensure a solid and reliable foundation for future construction.
